Ikan kicap trang-tang-tang

Thinking what to cook for sahur time can be so plain lazy to CQ's mind box =) ...so CQ decided to cook a veryyy simple dish - 'ikan masak kicap'.

Ingredients~
3 pcs of cut tenggiri / mackerel - cleaned and fry medium-rare
1 large onion - sliced
3 cloves garlic - sliced
1 stalk lemongrass - sliced or pounded coarsely
1/2 inch ginger - sliced
1 green/red chili - sliced
1 tbsp of vinegar (optional - it gives the sourish taste)
3 tbsp of tomato sauce
2 tbsp of black sauce

How you cook it ~
Heat up oil in wok and stir in onion, garlic, lemongrass, ginger and chili till fragrant. Then you add the fried tenggiri fish and stir well.

Minutes later add vinegar, tomato and black sauces. You may add water to make a little gravy to it. Cook to taste and serve with hot steam rice.

p/s - the onion, garlic and ginger can also be blended to thickcen the gravy =)
