b4 you zzzz

After a hectic day, you sure do want to relax and soak your tired feet in warm water filled with therapeutic oils...or to fix up a mini relaxation ritual.

Do take a break and pamper yourself to some simple stretchings before knocking off. Though this will not bestow the full long-term benefits of regular exercises, this simple stretchhhhh certainly can be helpful both physically and mentally.
