Somehow CQ missed this airplane to go for last minute shopping back in hometown..huhu =)
It is towards the last few days of Ramadhan when bazaars in the Geylang areas are up with 'lelongs' (good bargains) till the very morning of Hari Raya Aidilfitri. CQ really missed those days :(

well, I remember fondly more than 20 years ago going with my late mom to SIngapore a few weeks before Raya, beli tabir & hari raya stuffs, mainly dekat Geylang and Tanjong Katong Complex . . . maybe will do that again someday, once Gembo Jrs old enough heheh

Yuess, but in the yesteryears, the suasana is so felt! Siok and banyak barang2 ..now agak lose out but still it's Geylang! Where can u get a second one right? hehe, yup someday CQ nak go again during the last hours of Ramadhan =)
