You can see these metallica scarecrooows along the highways - well not to shoo away any flying predators but kind-of-hangers for holding electrical wires - connecting to all districts.
It must have cost millions to erect these tall structures ...to enable all households to have proper electricity, therefore do NOT waste electricity and certainly do NOT forget to PAY your bills :)
