Step by step

Finally I got to show how to cook a verrrry simple dish with clear pictures! hehehe This post is a sequel (mcm movie tepulang lols) to my last post 'surf my menu'...it's Chicken Adobo Craze that the Naked Geologist missed so much...sure must cook for him when he comes home later this year :D

Ingredients are 2 big onions, 5-7 cloves of garlic and 20 kalamansi

Heat up wok with 2tbsp of oil and saute the chopped onions
and garlic till fagrant

squeeze in the kalamansi juice (make sure throw the seeds)

Fry well for about 5 minutes

then you add 5tbsp of sweet black sauce

fry well till chicken is cook and quite dry...kind of sizzling
but if you prefer some sauce, add a little of water

tadaaaa....chicken adobo craze

But wait...
don't throw away the kalamansi skin...you can either
a) slice a few skins thinly and add to sambal belachan;
it will give a bitter-taste effect but it's good to
eliminate body odor :)
b) or you can toss in the dishwashing bowl and get to
lemonize whatever you wash
the seeds are also of good use...you can scatter on your
garden plot or pot... and grow yourself a kalamansi tree
